Grant Lahring

Co-Founder | Head of Growth at Goodlawyer

Grant Lahring has a wide range of work experience, starting in 2014 with Design4Change as a Project Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta, where they were responsible for bringing their local digital strategy into the 21st century and raising money through fundraising events. In 2016, they joined Uber as a Restaurant Partnerships Manager, with the goal of growing the Uber Eats business through partnerships with the best restaurants in Australia and New Zealand. In 2018, they became Sales and Marketing Manager at Deepwater Farms, a aquaponic technology company, where their role was to grow revenue. In 2019, they took on two roles, Account Manager at ActiveConversion, a leading industrial sales and marketing solution provider, and Growth Consultant at Grant Lahring Consulting. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Goodlawyer, a legal-tech platform that connects Canadian entrepreneurs with specialized lawyers. In this role, they are responsible for developing and improving marketing, sales, and customer success processes.

Grant Lahring has a diverse educational background. Grant obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Mount Royal University between 2011 and 2015, with a field of study in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Grant then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Calgary between 2019 and 2021, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in May 2019, Growth-Driven Design Certification Course from HubSpot Academy in February 2019, Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) from Project Management Institute in January 2020, Google Analytics from Google in September 2019, and Google Ads from Google in August 2019.
