Thomas Alvarez

Thomas Alvarez has held various roles in the engineering and design fields since 2010. In 2010, they began their career as a Junior Quality Control Assistant at Techint E&C. Two years later, they moved to Technip as a SmartPlant Material Engineer. In 2012, they joined Fluor Corporation as an Associate Design Engineer, E.I.T. and worked on the Kitimat LNG Project and KEARL Expansion Project. In 2018, they began freelancing as a Graphic Designer at Tholvarez Design while also working as the Chief Product Officer at Goodlawyer Inc.

Thomas Alvarez received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary between 2007 and 2011. Thomas then went on to obtain a BDes in Graphic Design from the Alberta University of the Arts between 2015 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Alberta Product Leadership Program certification from the Alberta Product Leadership Program in June 2022, and an Associate Product Manager Program certification from Product Calgary in March 2021.
