Cliff Johnson

Cliff Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cliff started their career in 2009 as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Sun Valley Mortgage, where they originated loans and maintained client confidentiality. Cliff then joined America First Credit Union in 2011, where they served as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Processing Team Lead, and later as a Project Coordinator. In these roles, Cliff managed a team of processors, ensured member satisfaction, coordinated with management to improve workflow, and provided training on various loan products.

In 2016, Cliff joined Centennial Lending, LLC as a Mortgage Operations Manager, overseeing the mortgage operations and serving as a DevOps & Data Engineer. Cliff then joined Lender Toolkit in 2020, where they worked as a Technical Consultant and later as a Software Engineer II. At Homeward, Cliff served as an Encompass Developer, working on Encompass loan development. Currently, they are working at GoodLeap LLC as a Sr Application Developer, where they developed an API to duplicate Encompass loans efficiently.

Throughout their career, Cliff has demonstrated proficiency in various software programs and has expertise in Encompass Admin functions. Cliff has a strong understanding of investor and governmental compliance and has mentored team members to achieve their goals.

Cliff Johnson has a diverse education history. In 2009, they attended Ogden Weber Applied Technology to pursue a Mortgage Lender Licensure program. Afterwards, they enrolled at Stevens-Henager College in 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting & Business in 2011. Building upon their education, Cliff pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Western Governors University from 2011 to 2013. Cliff further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing a Certificate program in Visual Basic Application Development from the American Public University System between 2016 and 2019, focusing on Computer Programming with specific applications. In 2017, they attended the University of Washington to obtain a Certificate in JavaScript.

Additionally, Cliff has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft in June 2020, demonstrating their expertise in this field.
