Ya-Sin Norrise

Ya-Sin Norrise is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic initiatives across the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at GoodLeap since January 2024, Norrise previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Solridge and Vice President of Business Development at Sunnova Energy. Additional leadership positions include Head of Business Development at TTI USA, Director of Sales at Spruce Finance, and Head of Business Development & Operations at Terrafix Solarpark USA. Early in the career, Norrise served as Project Lead at SPR Energie GmbH and as an Investment Advisor at AXA, AMERITAS INVESTMENT CORP. Norrise earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
