Jose Garcia

Jose Garcia currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Centivo, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jose worked at Availity as Sr. Director of Product Transformation and Operations from May 2022 to March 2025, and also held the position of Chief of Staff. At the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), from July 2018 to May 2022, Jose advanced from Consultant to Project Leader. Jose's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Georgia Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2018, following a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida. Jose's early experience includes research and development internships at Stryker and Johnson & Johnson, as well as a Nuclear Engineering internship at FPL, contributing to innovative biomedical solutions and methodologies.
