Rachel Jess is currently the Director of Recruitment and Workforce Solutions at GoodLife Innovations. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at The University of Kansas as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Researcher. Rachel also served as a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Texas. Rachel's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Behavioral Psychology from The University of Kansas, a Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Behavioral Science, also from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
