Drew Triplett has an extensive work experience across various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Goodlife Physical Medicine since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer at North Orange County Regional Health from September 2021 to June 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Drew held the position of Market Leader (President) at Iora Health, where they were responsible for the operations and financial outcomes of the clinic sites in Washington. During their tenure, they played a vital role in the acquisition of Iora Health by OneMedical in September 2021.

Before that, Drew worked as the Vice President of Operations at Western Growers Insurance Services from September 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho from May 2014 to January 2018. In this role, they oversaw all operations and strategic initiatives, including multiple departments such as finance, human resources, marketing, and quality management.

Drew's earlier experiences include working as an Administrator at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic from March 2013 to May 2014, as a Specialized Family Services Coordinator at Seattle Children's from March 2012 to March 2013, and as a Senior Program Assistant for BMT Transplant at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance from June 2009 to August 2010.

Drew Triplett began their education at Washington State University in 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Economics. Drew completed this program in 2006. In the same year, Drew also studied at the Universidad de Belgrano, focusing on Spanish. In 2006, they briefly attended Charles University. Later, in 2010, Drew enrolled at the Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance & Healthcare Administration. Drew completed this program in 2012.
