Sriram Venkat

Sriram Venkat is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in HVAC product development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Goodman Manufacturing since March 2007, Sriram leads teams in creating next-generation residential split systems, VRV, and ductless products. Previous leadership roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, where Sriram successfully managed large teams and drove profitability through innovative product designs and efficiency improvements. Early career experiences at Johnson Controls and Delphi focused on automotive components and manufacturing support, respectively. Sriram holds an M.B.A. from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
