Lydia Golds

Lydia Golds has over a decade of experience in talent development and management, currently serving as a Learning and Development Project Manager at Goodman Masson since April 2015, focusing on leadership development within the organization. Prior roles within Goodman Masson include Divisional Director and Senior Manager, where Lydia received the Manager of the Year award in 2019, as well as Manager, earning the Top Temp Performer of the Year award in 2016. Additionally, Lydia contributed as a Senior Consultant at WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement from October 2020 to March 2022 and worked as a Talent Advisor at Page Personnel UK from July 2012 to April 2015, progressing from Consultant to Managing Consultant. Lydia holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
