Neenu Santhosh

Neenu Santhosh currently serves as the Unity@GM Network Chair and Diversity & Inclusion Working Group Member at Goodman Masson, where efforts focus on fostering a race-inclusive culture and celebrating multicultural backgrounds. Accomplishments include being Goodman Masson’s inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Award winner in 2023 and leading initiatives to promote Black inclusion and neurodiversity awareness in the workplace. Previous experience encompasses a Research Internship at the University of Surrey, where collaboration resulted in a notable paper addressing gender disparities in hospitality research, and a role as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Ascot Racecourse, contributing to innovative Alexa initiatives. Neenu’s early career included an internship focused on luxury event management for high-profile clients. Educational credentials feature a Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey.
