Alan Tuntland

Alan Tuntland is a seasoned project design and construction management professional with over 26 years of executive experience. Currently serving as Sr VP of Entitlement and Construction Management at Goodman - North America since June 2012, Alan possesses comprehensive knowledge in Project Planning, Design/Engineering Management, and Construction Management. Previous roles include Owner of Terra Development Services, where services were rendered from January 2010 to August 2012, and Sr. VP of Project Management at Birtcher Developments and Investments, specializing in industrial development and retrofits. Alan also held the position of Executive Vice President at Walnut Land Company/BKK Corporation, where notable brownfields development experience was gained. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Chapman University and a BS in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University.
