Angela C. Han

Angela C. Han is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Goodman since August 2021, Angela provides strategic legal guidance and oversight. Prior to this role, extensive tenure at The Irvine Company as Vice President-Associate General Counsel involved leading legal efforts for a multi-billion dollar division and negotiating significant lease transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Attorney at Equity Office Properties Trust, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating office and retail leases and facilitating a major company merger. Angela's career began at the Chicago Housing Authority as a Staff Attorney focused on real estate litigation. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Marquette University Law School and studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
