Lisa Godfrey

Lisa Godfrey serves as Senior Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary at Goodman since 2014. Previously, Lisa held the position of Group Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Aveo Live Well from October 2008 to June 2014. Lisa began the career as an Associate at Minter Ellison and Lynch Meyer Lawyers from 2003 to 2008. Academically, Lisa earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sydney (2018-2023), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of South Australia (2007-2013), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Adelaide (1999-2005), a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Politics from the University of Adelaide (1999-2004), and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia in 2016.
