Ajinkya has held positions such as Head of Sales & Business Development at Goodpack Limited, Head Intercontinental and Head - Automotive at CHEP, and Structural Design Engineer at ThyssenKrupp. Ajinkya has a proven track record of setting up processes, leading sales teams, and achieving sales targets.

Ajinkya Yadav completed a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2004. Ajinkya then pursued a PGPEL in Manufacturing & Operations at SCMLD from 2007 to 2009. Recently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development in 2022.
