Shelby Mcclelland

Shelby McClelland is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as the Director of Foundation Giving at Good+Foundation since December 2023. In this role, Shelby leads the development of fundraising strategies, synthesizes program activities into proposals and reports, oversees grant management, and maintains a portfolio of over 30 funders. Previously, Shelby held multiple positions at Project Renewal, including Senior Grants Officer and Grants Officer, where responsibilities encompassed raising over $2M annually, crafting persuasive proposals, managing grant budgets, and stewarding donor relationships. Shelby's earlier career included roles such as Development Coordinator, Development Intern, Research Assistant at New York University, and intern positions at the New York State Democratic Party and NYU's University Development and Alumni Relations. Shelby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University in 2019.
