Gregory Monfiletto

Gregory Monfiletto is an experienced development professional with a strong background in institutional giving and advancement. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Giving at SCO Family of Services since February 2024, Monfiletto has held several leadership positions in various organizations, including Director of Advancement at Planting Fields Foundation and Director of Major and Planned Gifts at St. Francis College. With a career spanning over a decade, Monfiletto has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive fundraising programs, enhancing donor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business, both obtained from Stony Brook University.
