Betsy Neal

Betsy Neal has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Betsy began their career in 2009 as a Manager at Spicy Pickle. In 2011, they worked as a Student Worker at the Polymer Science Research Center. From 2012-2013, they worked as a Lead Server at Canebrake Country Club and as a Restaurant Supervisor at Union Station Hotel. From 2014-2015, they held the position of General Manager at Hattie B's Hot Chicken. From 2019-2021, they worked as General Manager at Gunshow, Red Beard Restaurants, where they consistently exceeded daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, created a social media presence, administered payroll, and ensured customer satisfaction. Currently, they are the Director of Operations and Operations Manager at GoodrCo.

Betsy Neal graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
