Jessica Rydel has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jessica is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Goodroot since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP and General Counsel at Goodroot from April 2019 to October 2022.
Before joining Goodroot, Jessica worked at Meridian Medical Management from May 2016 to April 2019, where they held the position of EVP and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer.
From May 2011 to April 2016, Jessica served as the University Director, Contracts at UConn Health.
Prior to UConn Health, they worked at Hamilton Sundstrand, a United Technologies Company, from June 2009 to May 2011 as an Attorney - Senior Legal Specialist and Manager.
Jessica started their legal career at Pratt & Whitney in an Attorney - Contracts role, where they worked from 2006 to May 2009.
Before joining Pratt & Whitney, they worked at Subway as an Attorney - International Trade from December 2004 to February 2006.
Jessica began their legal career at Jacobs, Walker, Rice and Basche as Of Counsel from August 2004 to December 2004.
Throughout their career, Jessica has gained extensive legal experience in various roles and industries, demonstrating their expertise in contract management, compliance, and leadership.
Jessica Rydel attended the University of Connecticut School of Law from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a J.D. degree. Additionally, they also attended the University of Connecticut School of Law at an unknown time, although it is unclear if they obtained any additional degree or field of study during that period.
