Katie Golden

Katie Golden is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine and medical writing. Currently serving as a Senior Medical Editor at GoodRx since June 2021, Katie previously held positions as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Mid Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates P.A. and ApolloMD from November 2017 to June 2021. Concurrently, Katie contributed as a Medical Writer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, as well as Massachusetts General Hospital during the same period. Earlier, Katie completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Mass General Hospital and Brigham & Women's Hospital from 2012 to 2016, while also serving as a Clinical Instructor at Pro-Ems Center for Medics. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Harvard University and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
