Lauren Raquel Cojulun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren Raquel started their career as a Sales Associate at Tillys, where they focused on providing a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty. In these roles, they taught courses, facilitated group discussions, graded assignments, and provided academic assistance to students. Lauren Raquel also collaborated with colleagues to enhance the classroom environment and implemented various strategies to increase student engagement and participation.
Currently, Lauren is working as an Associate Community Manager at GoodRx, where they engage with the online community, represents the customer's voice, and ensures a positive customer experience. Lauren Raquel collaborates with the product team to address customer concerns and cultivates interdepartmental relationships.
