Lauren Raquel Cojulun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren Raquel started their career as a Sales Associate at Tillys, where they focused on providing a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty. Lauren Raquel later became a Lead Sales Associate, responsible for training and coaching sales associates.

In 2016, Lauren was promoted to Assistant Store Manager at Tillys, and then became an Interim Store Manager during the maternity leave of the Store Manager. In these roles, they increased customer loyalty, created weekly schedules, hired seasonal sales associates, and improved communication between sales associates and the management team.

Lauren also gained experience in marketing and digital communication through internships at Bright Age and Enterprise Holdings. At Enterprise Holdings, they worked as a Management Trainee Intern, assisting with fleet management, marketing strategy, and social media content creation. Lauren Raquel also completed an Intern Takeover project, capturing videos and pictures for Enterprise's social media platforms.

Furthermore, Lauren worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Bright Age, where they learned about content development, community management, and client relations. Lauren Raquel later joined Bright Age Digital Creative Agency as a Social Media Communication and Content Development Manager, handling community management for healthcare clients and providing excellent customer support.

In 2019, Lauren had additional internships at SAGE Publishing as an Open Access Marketing Intern and at Shepherd's House Church as a Ministry Assistant and Church Communications personnel. At SAGE Publishing, they gained experience in marketing and assisted with marketing strategies. At Shepherd's House Church, they focused on content creation for social media platforms, increased website traffic, and planned and coordinated events.

Lauren's most recent work experience includes roles at the University of Georgia, where they worked as an Instructor of Record and Graduate Teaching Assistant. In these roles, they taught courses, facilitated group discussions, graded assignments, and provided academic assistance to students. Lauren Raquel also collaborated with colleagues to enhance the classroom environment and implemented various strategies to increase student engagement and participation.

Currently, Lauren is working as an Associate Community Manager at GoodRx, where they engage with the online community, represents the customer's voice, and ensures a positive customer experience. Lauren Raquel collaborates with the product team to address customer concerns and cultivates interdepartmental relationships. Lauren consistently achieves manager-approved goals while maintaining a customer-first work ethic.

Lauren Raquel Cojulun has a diverse education history. Lauren Raquel received their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Interpersonal and Health Communication from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, which they attended from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication from California State University Channel Islands. Before completing their bachelor's degree, Lauren attended Moorpark College from 2016 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Their focus of study during their time at Moorpark College included Communication, Liberal Arts, and Social and Behavior Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Lauren has also obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they received the Figma for UX Design certification from LinkedIn. In September 2019, they earned the Fast Track to Digital Marketing certification from Econsultancy. Furthermore, in December 2020, Lauren completed the Social and Behavior Research certification offered by the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
