Lindsay Wenndt has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Lindsay began their career as a Curvy Women's Health Coach and Fitness Trainer at Break Free Fitness in 2011. In this role, they designed health coaching programs for curvy women with chronic joint pain, which included nutrition guidance, physical therapy for joint rehabilitation, exercise guidance, and mindset shifts in how they approach health. Lindsay specialized in orthopedics and joint rehabilitation.

In 2022, Lindsay became a Contributing Fitness Writer at GoodRx. Lindsay started their role as a Fitness Instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology in May 2012. Later on, Lindsay took on the additional responsibility of Manager - Member Services from August 2008 to May 2015. As the manager, they supervised a department of 20 associates, developed member engagement programming, recruited and evaluated staff, and provided training and orientation. Lindsay also assessed departmental needs and drove performance improvement.

Lindsay also worked as a Fitness Instructor at the YMCA Of Metro Atlanta starting in April 2016. Prior to that, they held the same position at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, starting in November 2015.

Lastly, Lindsay worked as a Personal Assistant for the Family of Joe & Jeanette Leader from July 2011 to September 2013.

Lindsay Wenndt began their education journey in 2006 at Illinois Central College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Pre-Engineering. Lindsay then transferred to Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied Building Construction and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2008 to 2013.

In 2014, Lindsay furthered their education at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate in 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lindsay Wenndt has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2011, they became a Zumba Instructor through Zumba© Dance Fitness. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Complementary & Alternative Medicine, a Certificate in Holistic & Integrative Health, and a Certificate in Pain Assessment & Management from Allegra Learning Solutions, LLC. Later, in 2017, Lindsay received a Group Fitness Instructor certification and a Health Coach certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). Their latest certification, a Senior Fitness Certification, was obtained in March 2020 from SCW MANIA (Fitness Education).
