Ruoxing Liu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ruoxing then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature at the same university from 2005 to 2007. Later, they went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University from 2011 to 2013.
