Ruoxing Liu

Ruoxing Liu has a strong background in product management, with experience at various companies in the tech industry. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at GoodRx. In the same year, they also started a personal project as the Owner, focusing on helping small business owners enhance their brands.

Prior to that, they worked at Twilio as a Staff Product Manager from 2022 to 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Senior Product Manager, Analytics at RingCentral.

Before joining RingCentral, Ruoxing worked at Samba TV from 2016 to 2019 as a Product Manager, where they built cross-screen measurement products and managed data vendor onboarding. Ruoxing also developed and executed the vision for the analytics platform.

In 2016, they briefly worked as a Senior Product Manager at Cadreon.

During their time at Adap.tv from 2013 to 2016, Ruoxing held two roles as a Product Manager. Ruoxing led successful integrations with external SSPs/exchanges, increased revenue share and doubled buying efficiency on those platforms.

Prior to their tech career, they had experience at Stanford University as a Project Lead for Bridge to China, conducting research and coordinating projects between international universities. Ruoxing was also a Research Assistant, managing a global research project for a Fortune 500 company, and a Course Assistant, supporting a professor in teaching a graduate-level course.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Hoover Institution Archives as a representative and at Lufthansa Cargo in various roles, including Sales Steering and Management Trainee. At Lufthansa Cargo, they achieved market analysis, pricing strategy implementation, and increased team efficiency.

Ruoxing Liu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ruoxing then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature at the same university from 2005 to 2007. Later, they went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University from 2011 to 2013.
