Sheila Gonzales

Sheila Gonzales has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Sheila is currently employed as the Director of Benefits at GoodRx since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Global Benefits at The Trade Desk from April 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining The Trade Desk, Sheila held the position of Senior Manager of HR Operations at Cylance Inc. from July 2017 to February 2019.

Sheila's experience also includes working as a Senior HRIS Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst at QLOGIC, a Cavium Company, from April 2005 to July 2017. Sheila was part of the core implementation team for Workday conversion and managed the company's HR system (Lawson) before the Workday implementation. Sheila also handled benefits, 401(k) Plan, and Deferred Comp Plan during their time in this position.

Prior to QLOGIC, Sheila worked as a Senior HRIS Analyst / Senior Benefits Analyst at CBRE from November 2001 to April 2005.

Sheila's early career includes serving as an HR Team Leader at Furon from 1990 to 2000, where they administered various benefit plans, played a role in benefit plan design and administration, and worked on special projects such as implementing new HR/Payroll system (ADP) and acquisitions.

Sheila's career began at Taco Bell, where they worked as a Supervisor of Personnel Services from June 1983 to February 1990.

Sheila Gonzales pursued their education in Business Administration from 1987 to 1989 at the University of La Verne, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree.
