Dani Bruckshaw

Dani Piper is a seasoned Programme Manager at GoodShape since October 2012, with a strong focus on Strategic Business Development projects at FirstCare. Promoted from Project Manager in early 2017, Dani transitioned to overseeing large operational projects that influenced the entire business. Prior experience includes serving as Implementation Coordinator at FirstCare, where responsibilities included the end-to-end implementation for new customers across various sectors, and as Project Coordinator at Quantum TM, providing support throughout the project lifecycle. Dani began the career as a Customer Service Agent in RBS's Fraud Department, achieving key performance indicators in handling fraud investigations. Dani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Operations and Project Management from Bournemouth University, earned in 2012.
