Nick Reader 🧠❤️📈

Nick Reader has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nick'smost recent position is as a Principal Consultant at GoodShape, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Wellbeing Strategy (Consultancy) at 87% from August 2021 to May 2022, where they focused on promoting mental fitness and wellbeing within organizations.

Before joining 87%, Nick was the Client Services Director at Health Management Ltd from January 2020 to August 2021, overseeing client relationships and services. Nick also worked as a Sales Director at Medigold Health from December 2016 to January 2020, where they emphasized the importance of understanding and managing employee health and wellbeing.

In their earlier career, Nick held various roles at FirstCare - Absence Management Solutions, starting as a Senior Consultant from February 2008 to January 2013, then as the Head of New Business from January 2013 to December 2013, and finally as the Sales & Marketing Director from December 2013 to December 2016. Nick played a significant role in reducing absence rates for large public and private sector organizations.

Nick's earlier experiences include working as an Account Director at Telstra Europe Ltd from September 2005 to January 2008, and as a Business Development Manager at Baines Design from November 2002 to August 2005. Nick began their career as a Senior Account Manager at ntl from September 1998 to October 2002.

Nick Reader attended St Georges School from 1988 to 1990 and obtained their GCSE. Following that, they attended Ely Sixth Form from 1990 to 1992, where they completed their A Levels. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archeology at the University of East Anglia from 1992 to 1995. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in "Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies" from Emeritus.
