Alexandra Sterling

Alex serves as a Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the delivery team on projects including leadership assessment and development, executive interviews and focus group facilitation, organization survey analysis, data analysis and reporting, project management, and client presentation and engagement. Before joining Summit, Alex worked in both the health care and real estate industries in various capacities, including handling matters relating to employee engagement and project management.

A recent graduate from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management with her MBA, Alex concentrated on human organizational performance and managerial organizational effectiveness. She has her BA in East Asian Studies from Dickinson College and spent her junior year abroad at Peking University in Beijing, China.
