Grace Shupe has a diverse background in the food industry, starting as a Farm Hand at Buffalo Trail Orchard and later transitioning into roles such as Sensory Lab Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, Grace serves as the Director of Quality at Goodson Brothers Coffee Company, Inc., where Grace is also the SQF Practitioner. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Food Science with a specialization in Sensory.
