Terry Hughes Ohst

Terry Hughes OHST, CHST, serves as the Director of QA/QC at Primoris Rockford Corporation since September 2018, leading quality and compliance initiatives for pipeline construction projects. Previously, Terry held the position of Director of Safety at Spectra Energy Transmission, LLC, overseeing the safety function for Engineering & Construction across the US. Terry's experience includes directing safety teams at Petrobras America Inc. and serving as Director of Corporate HSE at Early Companies, ensuring the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs. For over three decades at Valero Energy Corporation, Terry progressed from Safety/MI Inspection Engineer to Operations Compliance Superintendent, focusing on compliance, process safety management, and continuous improvement. Terry earned a Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering from Kennedy-Western University between 1997 and 1999.
