Ed Long

Ed Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, and project management. Currently serving as the Principal Solutions Engineer at Goodstack since February 2023, Ed founded the Solutions Engineering function and leads global social impact solution implementations for major clients such as Google and Atlassian. Previously, during tenure at Twilio as Partner Solutions Architect Director, Ed established an expert services function and fostered partnerships with various consultancy firms. Roles at Paddle involved building a Solutions function from the ground up, while earlier positions included heading research at Arachnys and contributing to educational projects at the Blavatnik School of Government. Ed's academic background includes a Ph.D. and MRes in Biological Modelling from UCL, as well as a Mathematics degree from The University of Manchester.
