Duygu Ergin

Duygu Ergin is a Non Executive Director at Goodsted. Duygu has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector.

Duygu started their career at PwC in 1988 as an Associate. After two years, they joined Chase Manhattan Bank as Vice President, where they spent six years heading Treasury Sales and Structured Products.

In 1996, they joined J.P. Morgan as Senior Vice President. Duygu spent nine years there, during which time they were responsible for Fixed Income and Equity Trading, Local Markets Trading, and New Products and Markets.

In 2005, Ergin left J.P. Morgan to set up their own company, Arcadia Capital Management Ltd. Arcadia was a specialised capital management company that provided consultancy services on alternative assets in Turkey. Ergin ran the company for four years before selling it in 2009.

After a brief break, Ergin returned to the financial sector in 2013 when they joined HubDot as a Financial Advisor. HubDot is a platform for programme managers to effectively engage their employees and stakeholders to progress social and environmental goals. Ergin has been with HubDot for eight years and is currently a Non Executive Director.

Duygu Ergin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Finance from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Duygu also has a Co-Active Executive Coaching certification from CTI, and they have completed the Chase Manhattan Bank Trading Floor Development Programme.
