Isabelle Fernandes

Isabelle Fernandes currently serves as a Founders' Associate at Goodwall, a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering youth globally through its social platform. As the Founder of FLAARE, Isabelle focuses on providing young people with access to opportunities that foster future success. Additionally, roles include Business Mentor at Vantage Points Foundation, Chair of Volunteers at St Johns Holidays for Children, and previous leadership positions at Avanade, where responsibilities spanned global industry, corporate social responsibility, talent development, and organizational transformation. Isabelle has also contributed to the Social Mobility Commission and volunteered with Jamie's Farm. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol.
