Amy Krauss

Amy Krauss serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Managed Services at Goodway Group since January 2023, following a tenure as Senior Vice President of Client Experience. Prior experience includes roles at Persado as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, where Amy led a team of over 60 professionals, and at Publicis Media, where oversight of resource management was provided. Prior to that, a significant period was spent at Performics in various roles, culminating in the position of Chief Operating Officer for the U.S., where operations were managed for the agency. Additional experience includes positions at Synovate and IRI, where account management and project management skills were developed. Amy Krauss holds a Bachelor's Degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from Miami University.
