Dan Nicol has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital marketing and media. Dan started their career as the Director of Sales Marketing Operations at Millnic Media, where they managed a team of 10 employees and over 300 affiliates. Later, they worked as a Lead Generation Specialist at Gabopia LLC, where they developed and managed strategies for digital marketing campaigns for clients in various sectors. After that, Dan served as a Principal SEM Analyst at Goodway Group, where they were responsible for implementing PPC tactics and managing paid search performance. Dan then became the SEM Team Lead at Goodway Group, managing a team of 5 and conducting performance reviews. Currently, Dan is working as the Media Director of the Retail Media Network at Goodway Group, collaborating with leadership to carry out strategic directions and managing a cross-functional regional team.

Dan Nicol earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, which they attended from 1992 to 1997. Dan also obtained various certifications including Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Search Advertising, Google Video Advertising Certification, and Marin Search Certification in September 2018.
