Walker Williams

Walker Williams has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Success (Learning and Development) at Goodway Group, where they contribute to setting learning targets, evolving learning processes, and implementing Agile practices. At Common Thread Collective, they held the roles of Partner, Director of Learning and Development, and Learning and Development Manager. During their time there, Walker scaled the company's eCommerce growth professionals, optimized outcomes, and created coaching tools for personal development. Prior to that, they worked at Kaplan Test Prep in various positions, including Director of Live Courses and National Director of Faculty Training and Development. Walker also held roles at the University of Colorado at Boulder and the US Department of Health and Human Services. Walker's early experiences include a summer marketing internship at Digitally Unique and working as the sole employee at USA Computer City Inc, where they managed all aspects of the business at a young age.

Walker Williams has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Colorado Law School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Walker also holds a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Walker Williams is certified in Data-Driven Planning from The Trade Desk Edge Academy, Agile Project Management from Coursera Course Certificates, and the PSM 1 Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org. Walker has also completed the Design Thinking and Innovation certificate program from Harvard Business School Online. Walker Williams has additional certifications in Embedding Strategic Excellence from Columbia Business School and ExecOnline, Inc., as well as Team Performance Certification from The Predictive Index.
