M.D. Shahinur Rahman

Md. Shahinur Rahman is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in project management, consultancy, and capacity building within the labor and development sectors. Currently serving as the Country Representative for GoodWeave International and a Consultant for Mondiaal FNV, responsibilities include managing and supporting project interventions and facilitating monitoring practices. Previous roles encompass serving as a Program Officer for 3F – Fagligt Fælles Forbund, Project Coordination Officer at SMEC International Pty Ltd, and various positions at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), focusing on project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Md. Shahinur Rahman holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Labour Studies from the University of Dhaka, a Master of Science in Water Resources Development from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
