Dave Ballarini

Dave Ballarini has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Dave is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & General Manager at GoodWest Industries, starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Strategy & Growth at the same company from October 2021 to January 2023. Before joining GoodWest Industries, Dave worked at Aramark, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President Strategy from April 2011 to June 2020, and Vice President Strategy from September 2008 to April 2011. Dave also served as a Partner at Mercator Capital from September 1999 to September 2008. Earlier in their career, Dave worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities as the Director of Business Development from October 1997 to September 1999. Dave began their professional journey at McKinsey & Company, where they held various roles, including Engagement Manager from May 1993 to October 1997, and Summer Associate in 1992. Dave also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Atlantic Research Corp from October 1990 to August 1991, and as an Aerospace Engineer at the Naval Air Development Center from July 1985 to October 1990.

Dave Ballarini attended Princeton University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. From 1988 to 1989, they pursued a Master of Science in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1993, they enrolled in The Wharton School to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General.
