Jennifer Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer started their career at Columbus State Community College as an Adjunct Faculty member from 1998 to 2001. Jennifer then moved on to Jewish Family Services, where they held positions such as Human Resource Director, Workforce Development Director, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2014. During their tenure at Jewish Family Services, they were recognized for their commitment to high-quality services and outcomes. Most recently, they have been working at Goodwill Columbus, where they held roles including Director of Workforce Development, Vice President of Human Resources and Workforce Development, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Mission Services.

Jennifer Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Organizational Communication from Ohio University. Jennifer also has a certification in Project Value Management Professional (PVMP) from Glomark-Governan.
