Marci White, RPA has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Marci began their career as President of ProtoCall Communications from August 1988 to July 2001. Following that, Marci worked as an Assistant Property Manager at NAI Ohio Equities from January 2006 to January 2008, successfully managing a portfolio of 1.1 million square feet of Class "A" office buildings. Marci then advanced to the position of Senior Property Manager at the same company in December 2008. In this role, Marci achieved consistent success by introducing technology, process efficiencies, and best practices to achieve savings for building owners. Marci also focused on client and tenant satisfaction, as well as enhancing asset value through the reduction of operating costs and innovative strategies. Marci's most recent position was as Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Goodwill Columbus, starting in August 2013. The details of their tenure in this role are not provided.
Marci White, RPA, attended the Building Owners and Managers Institute from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their RPA degree. Prior to that, Marci obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Ohio Dominican University. In addition to their education, Marci holds certifications in RPA and Real Estate Licenses from the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
