Brian McCoy

Brian McCoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Ivanti since January 2018. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions in real estate and facilities management both in the US and APAC regions. In addition to the role at Ivanti, Brian is the President of B&L Business Group, LLC, which operates B&L Travel Adventures in partnership with Cruise Planners, LLC. Previous experience includes managing energy and utility initiatives at Extra Space Storage and serving as a corporate support manager at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital. Brian also has a notable background with the United States Air Force, where Brian managed significant facility contracts and operations. Academically, Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Christian University, along with additional project management qualifications and an associate degree in Maintenance Production Management.
