Betsy Delgado has a diverse work experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Betsy was a Pahara Fellow at the Pahara Institute in 2023. Prior to that, they held senior leadership positions at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, including serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Mission and Education Officer starting in December 2020. Betsy also worked at The Aspen Institute as a Fellow starting in 2015. Before that, they held various roles at Goodwill Industries Central Indiana, including Vice President of Mission Advancement. Betsy'sexperience also includes serving as the Executive Director of The Excel Center from 2011 to 2013.
Betsy Delgado has an Executive MBA degree in Business and Strategy from the University of Notre Dame. Betsy also completed a fellowship program in 2 Generation Approach to Generational Poverty at the Aspen Institute in 2015-2016. Additionally, they have a BA degree in English with a focus on Education from the University of North Dakota. In 2016-2017, they attended the Executive Development Program at Goodwill Industries International, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
