Lavar Glover

LaVar Glover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, economic inclusion, and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley since November 2022, LaVar previously held the position of Manager of Economic Inclusion at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Gateway Mortgage. LaVar also led self-sufficiency initiatives as the Director of Self Sufficiency at Miami Valley Community Action Partnership. As the Founder and Director of the Glover Youth Program, LaVar developed residential youth programs focused on social and workforce development. Prior to these roles, LaVar had a successful athletic career as a professional athlete in the National Football League, Arena Football League, and Canadian Football League. LaVar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Cincinnati.
