Andrea West is an experienced professional currently serving as a Council Member for Ward 3 in White Bear Lake since January 2024. With a strong background in workforce development, Andrea has managed various programs at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since 2014, focusing on assisting adults and transition-age youth with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Past roles include Program Director at OASIS FOR YOUTH, where Andrea oversaw a resource center for vulnerable youth, and Program Development Manager at Tasks Unlimited, Inc., where achievements included securing CARF accreditation.
