Katie Wagoner

Katie Wagoner is an experienced workforce development professional with a diverse background in nonprofit management and advocacy. Currently serving as Workforce Development Manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since October 2017, Katie has previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Membership Engagement at the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless and Director at Affirmative Options Coalition. Notable achievements include managing supported employment contracts at RESOURCE, Inc., supervising employment specialists, and engaging in legislative advocacy initiatives. Katie's education includes a Master's in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metro State University and a Certificate in Legislative Advocacy from the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Advocacy Leadership Institute.
