Brian F. Marsh

Brian Marsh currently serves as President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, where efforts focus on changing lives through education, training, and employment. With extensive leadership experience, Marsh previously held the positions of Interim President & CEO during a leadership transition, and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations and fostering organizational sustainability. Prior roles include General Manager/Vice President at Envirotest Systems, where responsibility included management of the Colorado Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program, and several management positions at Essilor, focusing on capital project deployment and operational support. Marsh's early career included roles at Bombardier Recreational Products, Flextronics, Black & Decker, Gast Manufacturing, and Shepherd Caster Corporation. Brian Marsh earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
