Kanda Mems, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources. Kanda started their career as an Operations Specialist at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2009. Kanda then moved on to roles such as Human Resources Specialist at DoubleTree by Hilton, HR Advisor at Windstream, Human Resources Consultant at JTS Financial and Mackey Tax, People Support at Apple, and Human Resources Business Partner at Wipro Limited. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

Kanda Mems holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtained from 2012 to 2015.
