Lenesha Jones

Lenesha Jones holds extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas since March 2019. In previous roles, including Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director, Lenesha focused on performance evaluations, training plans, and maintaining relationships with funding and community partners. Prior to this, Lenesha served in the US Navy for 24 years, managing a diverse group of personnel and implementing training and operational procedures that significantly enhanced mission readiness and employee retention. Lenesha's academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BS in Human Resources Management from Trident University International.
