Kate Pile

Kate Pile has over 30 years of experience in risk management and safety roles. Kate has served as the Director of Risk Management at Sweetheart Cup Company, Inc. from 1988 to 1999, followed by a role as Risk Manager at Rotech Healthcare from 2002 to 2003. Kate then worked as a Claims Manager at GatesMcDonald from 2003 to 2006. Since 2006, they have been the Director of Risk Management & Safety at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, where they oversee all aspects of risk, safety, and workers' compensation programs. Additionally, they have been actively involved in providing safety program development training and contributing to the planning team for the Goodwill International Loss Prevention & Safety Conference.

Kate Pile earned a BS degree in Microbiology and Sociology from North Dakota State University between 1971 and 1976.
