Keiara Gladney Mpa

Keiara Gladney, MPA, is a Community Engagement Specialist at Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland since April 2022, with a background in community involvement and youth support. Serving as a Student Ambassador at the University of Michigan-Flint since March 2019, Keiara has also held positions such as Operations Coordinator at Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce, where engagement with local businesses and event management were primary responsibilities. Previous experience includes working as a Youth Specialist at Genesee Valley Regional Center, focusing on youth rehabilitation, and assisting students with college applications as a Student Assistant at Wayne State University. Keiara holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations/Image Management from Wayne State University.
