Leana Loranc

Leana Loranc is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and employee management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Compliance Specialist at Goodwill Central Texas since March 2018, Leana is responsible for all deliverables related to compliance matters. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Customer Service Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, where Leana recruited over 40 new associates and provided comprehensive training. Leana also has a background as General Manager at Tower Records, focusing on developing management and customer service skills. Leana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and has pursued additional education at Austin Community College and Community College of Denver.
