Leah Coles

Leah Coles is the current Vice President of Brand & Community Engagement at Goodwill Industries Of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. Leah has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and strategic communications.

Leah began their career as a Creative Services Account Executive with The Creative Group. In this role, they managed the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries.

Leah then joined Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Marketing Specialist and Marketing Communication Coordinator. During their eight years with the organization, Leah was responsible for planning and executing marketing programs that promoted PMI’s brand and message to a global audience. Leah also managed the development of marketing collateral, website content, and email campaigns.

In 2016, Leah became the Associate Director of Programs & Stakeholder Engagement at Accelerate Delaware--The Longwood Foundation. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of programs that supported the organization’s mission and goals.

Most recently, Leah has been working as a Strategic Marketing Consultant with Vivrance LLC. In this role, they have supported SMEs in growing their sales, revenue, and business operations. Her work has included assessing their requirements, envisioning strategic solutions, drawing roadmaps, outlining actionable plans, equipping social media marketing campaigns, tailoring systems, and advising on sales programs.

Leah Coles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Dynamics from La Salle University and a certificate in Web & Graphic Design from the Delaware College of Art and Design. Leah is currently enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania's DiverseForce on Boards - Board Leadership and Governance Program.

They work with Tracey Mulveny - VP, Workforce Development, Jeff Haggerty - VP, Industrial Services, and Patti Mengers - VP, Goodwill Staffing Services. Leah Coles reports to Colleen Morrone, President & CEO.
